Formula & Logic
- 01Paid hours per shift = (end time - start time) - break duration (in hours).
- 02Weekly total = sum of daily totals for 7-day period.
- 03Regular hours = min(weekly total, 40). Overtime hours = max(weekly total - 40, 0).
- 04Decimal conversion = total minutes ÷ 60.
